What We Collect

F7R operates game servers, Discord bots, and community websites. We collect only what's necessary to run our services:

• Game server data: Steam IDs, in-game names, play sessions, and game events (kills, raids, team changes) for server administration and anti-cheat.
• Discord interactions: Messages sent to our bots (HempBot, SquareBot, RaceBot) for response generation. We do not store private messages.
• Website analytics: Basic traffic data (pages visited, referrers). No tracking cookies.
• Social media: Public interactions with our Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit accounts.

How We Use It

• Server administration, moderation, and anti-cheat enforcement
• Community engagement and content delivery
• Service improvement and performance monitoring

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Game server data may be visible to other players in-game (e.g., kill feeds, leaderboards).

Data Retention

Game data is retained for the duration of the current wipe cycle (typically 1 month). Historical statistics may be retained longer in aggregated form. Discord bot conversations are not permanently stored.
