F7R started with one Rust server and grew into a collection of game servers, communities, and side projects. It's a one-person shop — Nick builds things, breaks things, and occasionally fixes them.

The servers run on dedicated hardware in Europe. Most of the day-to-day monitoring and content is handled by AI agents, which frees up time for actually building stuff.
